Order processing

Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time may vary during high-volume periods.

Shipping rates and estimates

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the items in your cart and the delivery address. Delivery estimates begin after an order has shipped and are not guaranteed.

Tracking and multiple packages

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages, and each package may have its own tracking information.

Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes after processing begins and are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Delays and delivery issues

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. If tracking shows a problem or your order has not arrived after the estimated window, email hairwegostore@gmail.com with your order number so we can assist.
